YouTube is OVERFLOWING with marketing gurus promising to make you a millionaire overnight. However, there aren’t many YouTubers fully dedicated to OFM. Only a few consistently create content, maintain the same niche over time, and regularly deliver value to their audience.

Yalla Papi is one of them. At the time of writing this review, he has just over 1k subscribers on his channel and an impressive 252 videos. Highly prolific. While he does offer mentorships and other products (like trendhunder.io), the majority of his videos are packed with actionable insights that you can apply from day one. He shares a ton of useful information you can run with. In this blog, you’ll find a lot of ideas I’ve borrowed from him, adapted to fit my own style.

What sets Yalla Papi apart is his transparency about the numbers he pulls in, especially with his videos on chatters. I’d say about 90% of his content revolves around chatters: how to build teams, how much to pay them, how to train them, motivation, and more. Since I’m still in the recruitment phase, I haven’t delved too deeply into the chatter videos just yet, but I’ve been absorbing the ones that apply to my current stage. Below, I’ve compiled a selection of videos that have been the most helpful to me on this journey.
