The shift to IG Ads as a recruitment method was gradual, organic, and completely natural. As the days went by, I started getting more and better leads through IG Ads compared to HHP. In my daily routine, I just stopped checking FZ. I’ll likely stop the scouting campaign there today. I already have 3 models lined up for interviews, and I feel comfortable starting with them. The ads will keep running over the weekend to maximize those days, and by Monday, I’ll decide who to move forward with.
