Recruitment Diaries: The Cougar Who Said Yes and the 19-Year-Old Who Can’t Leave Home

Thursday, November 21 Update: A New Chapter in Recruitment. After a few days of silence, I’m back with plenty to share. Though I’ve been absent from posting, the work hasn’t stopped. Over the past week, I ran a new recruitment campaign in Argentina. Yes, I finally did something I didn’t want to do—I tapped into my home country for leads.

For context: I’m originally from Argentina but haven’t lived there in years. I’ve always had mixed feelings about the culture, particularly the personality of “porteños” (those from Buenos Aires). What about porteñas? I know Buenos Aires women all too well—having lived there for years, dated several, and even married (and divorced) one. Let’s just say their giant egos and neuroses aren’t exactly my cup of tea. That said, I have to admit: Argentine women are stunning, and like most people in the country, many are desperate for economic stability and the allure of earning in dollars. It’s a perfect storm of motivation that makes them ideal candidates for OnlyFans—if you can handle the drama, that is.

Initially, I targeted women aged 21–25 in Buenos Aires who showed interest in modeling agencies. I ran this campaign for three days, spending around $15. While I got some leads and three applications, nothing truly promising came through.

So, I pivoted. I launched a new campaign targeting women aged 21+ with an interest in fitness, located in three of Argentina’s largest cities outside Buenos Aires: La Plata, Córdoba, and Mendoza. This strategy was designed to avoid the “porteña” demographic while exploring other major hubs.

This second approach worked much better. With just $10 invested, I received 10 applications. After reviewing, I discarded four and interviewed six candidates. From those, I advanced three to the trial stage.

The Finalists

Here are the standout candidates:

The MILF (52)

Strengths: She’s a classic cougar—confident, photogenic, and experienced. Her body is average but fits her age well, and she has a knack for taking direction. Within 24 hours of being asked, she delivered a test reel that exceeded expectations. She shoots content with an iPhone 13, ensuring good quality, and has years of experience monetizing adult content via private Telegram groups and others.
Challenges: She also has an OnlyFans managed by an agency in France.

The Tattooed Model (37)

Strengths: A professional model with an extensive portfolio, she knows how to pose and carry herself in a studio setting. She has a background in marketing and approaches the opportunity with discipline and enthusiasm.
Challenges: Outside of a controlled photoshoot environment, she struggles to create content independently. She lives in an old, dimly lit house with dated furniture, which doesn’t help. She uses an iPhone 8, which impacts the quality of her content.

The Newbie (19)

Strengths: Beautiful and determined, she has already started an OnlyFans account but hasn’t found success yet. She’s eager to learn and willing to work.
Challenges: Her lack of privacy at home is a major obstacle. Living with her mother, three sisters, two uncles, and others in a cramped space, it’s difficult for her to create content. While she owns an iPhone 11, she hasn’t submitted the test reel yet. However, she has stayed engaged since our interview, asking thoughtful questions.

The Comeback (Age Unknown)

This candidate was initially discarded during my Colombian scouting campaign a few weeks ago. Out of the blue, she emailed me, requesting a second chance and submitting new material. To my surprise, the updated content was much better. She already has an active OnlyFans account and seems motivated, which could be a game-changer. We’re scheduled for an interview tonight at 7 PM. If she impresses, she might earn a spot in the final lineup.

Moving Forward …

At this stage, the MILF seems to be the frontrunner. She checks every box and delivers results without hesitation. However, I’ll evaluate the rest of the candidates before making a decision.
