I’ve reached a point where I must start generating consistent income through chatting. As I’ve mentioned in previous posts (How I Made $200 on My First Day as an OnlyFans Chatter and My OnlyFans Earnings from December 2024), I seem to have a natural talent for it, paired with some serious beginner’s luck that allowed me to earn $400 from just two chats. But I can’t rely on luck anymore, and I can’t keep MILFY waiting. It’s time to fully commit to chatting.
The problem? I simply don’t have enough hours in the day—or the energy—to manage it all myself. So, outsourcing this part of the business has become non-negotiable. Initially, I thought about hiring a chatting agency, so I decided to dive into some research.
Collaborating with a chatting agency might seem like an efficient way to scale your OFM business, but my research reveals that it often comes with unexpected challenges. Drawing from the experiences shared by several OFM managers I interviewed on OFM Secret Stash Telegram Group, many other TG channels and BHW, this article delves into the recurring issues associated with outsourcing chat management and what you should carefully consider before signing any deals.
To ensure this article doesn’t come across as purely critical of chatting agencies, I’ve decided to divide it into two sections: Reasons to Hire a Chatting Agency and Reasons Not to Hire a Chatting Agency. The final decision, my dear reader, is entirely up to you.
Why you SHOULD hire a OnlyFans Chatting Agency
Operational Simplicity: Outsourcing to a chatting agency eliminates the need to manage recruitment, training, and team supervision. This frees you up to focus on other crucial areas of your business, such as content creation and marketing.
Rapid Scalability: Chatting agencies are designed to scale. Whether you’re managing a single model or several high-performing ones, these agencies can seamlessly handle the increased workload.
Specialized Expertise: These chatting agencies specialize solely in fan communication. Their experience and focus often result in greater efficiency and effectiveness compared to newly trained in-house teams.
Lower Startup Costs: For those just starting out, outsourcing is often more cost-effective. You can avoid significant upfront investments in infrastructure and employee benefits.
24/7 Chattinig: You can achieve full coverage of chatting hours, something a single person could never accomplish.
Why you SHOULD NOT hire a OnlyFans Chatting Agency
Limited Control: Chatting agencies operate according to their own rules, which might not align with your specific business goals—like building long-term fan relationships.
Inconsistent Quality: Not all agencies offer the same level of service across their client base. Smaller accounts often don’t receive top-tier chatters, resulting in uneven outcomes.
Data Privacy Risks: Sharing sensitive subscriber data and content with a third party introduces potential risks, such as breaches of trust or misuse of your material (that’s why it’s always important to use intermediary CRMs, such as Infloww, to minimize the exposure of personal data).
Ongoing Costs: While the initial cost might seem low, most agencies charge a commission—typically between 15–25% of net sales—which can become a significant expense over time.
Lack of Personalization: A common issue is the use of generic scripts that fail to create meaningful engagement with fans. Authenticity is crucial in fan interactions, and generic or robotic conversations often result in disengaged fans and missed sales opportunities. Many chatters lack the social intelligence required to maintain genuine, dynamic conversations.
Transparency and Metrics Issues: Many agencies don’t provide clear and actionable performance metrics. While activity trackers may show hours worked, they don’t reflect the quality of conversations or their impact on revenue. For example, one chatter might spend hours chatting aimlessly, while another builds relationships and drives sales—both might appear equally “active” on paper.
Low-Quality Talent: agencies offering lower rates often hire inexperienced chatters or those seeking temporary work. This can result in poor performance, high turnover, and a constant rotation of untrained staff.
Quality Control Challenges: Ensuring consistent quality with agencies is an ongoing issue. Variability in chatter performance can lead to inconsistent fan experiences, which directly affects revenue and model satisfaction.
Misaligned Incentives: Many agencies focus on maximizing activity levels rather than achieving meaningful results. This can lead to inefficiencies, with chatters prioritizing “looking busy” over generating sales. Without proper incentives in place, agencies may underdeliver on actual revenue growth.
Two Years of Experience with Chatting Agencies: Yalla Pappi’s Testimonial
Yalla Pappi is my go-to YouTuber for everything OFM-related, especially when it comes to mastering chatting. Here’s a detailed review of his channel, along with a list of my favorite videos.
YP shares his experience of working with different OnlyFans chatting agencies over two years, with mixed results. Initially, he hired an agency to manage chats for a model who quickly gained significant traffic. He was thrilled with the early sales, but soon realized that the quality of the chatting was subpar, with poor grammar and lackluster responses. This led to a swift termination of the agency.
In the following months, he hired another agency, only to face problems again when a sub convinced a chatter to agree to a meetup, which led to an account being locked. Despite this, the chatter’s sales were good, and Yalla decided to keep working with the agency until the sales dropped significantly after switching to a 24-hour service.
Finally, he worked with another agency recommended by a friend, which initially showed improvement in traffic and sales. However, issues arose when accounts were locked and further problems with communication surfaced. In the end, Yalla decided to hire and train his own team of chatters, which he found to be a more reliable solution for his business.
Let’s listen to his story:

I need to Chat right NOW!
If you’re generating fewer than 20 new subscribers per day, it’s hard for a chatting agency to take you on. Keep in mind that when contacting a chatting agency, you’ll need to present your case: how many models you manage, what niches they are in, how many subscribers you have, and how many new subscribers you generate per day. Depending on that, they will either accept you or not and charge different commission percentages.
I’m in a tough situation: I’m starting with a base of 150 free subs but can’t seem to exceed 5 new subs per day. Since I’m a beginner and still figuring out how to generate good traffic, I don’t have much time to dedicate to chatting myself. The truth is, I need to outsource, but I don’t want to pay too much or complicate things too much since I don’t have much experience. On the other hand, it’s true that by not chatting, I’m leaving money on the table every day, and the model won’t have much patience to wait for me much longer.
When I started doing my research for this article, I was thinking about hiring a chatting agency, but along the way, I discovered some AI tools that handle chatting and selling content. I’m currently testing one, and I’m really excited about what I’ve seen so far. So, in a future article (coming very soon), I’ll do a full review with metrics from my experience to share with you all to see if it’s worth it or not.
The clock is ticking, and the pressure is on. With every passing day, opportunities are slipping through my fingers, and MILFY’s patience is wearing thin. Will the AI tools I’m testing be the game-changer I need to turn things around, or will they fall short of the hype? Is there another solution I haven’t uncovered yet? Stay tuned and follow the journey to be the first to know when the next article drops!
