I met Chad on November 30, 2022. I was browsing the web when I stumbled upon big news: OpenAI was launching ChatGPT, aiming to leave every worker in the world jobless, forcing us to choose between a Star Trek-like society, where only people who want to work do so, or a Max Headroom-style world where the only jobs left are in the big entertainment media, controlling the hungry, violent masses.
Now that I was about to start the agency, I thought it was a great opportunity to create my own GPT, filled with knowledge on OFM.
Here’s a quick note about the knowledge out there on OFM, traffic methods, and more. There’s a LOT of material on YouTube, but let’s be honest… no real marketer is going to put all their valuable knowledge out there for free when they could be selling it. So on YouTube, you’ll only find the tip of the iceberg—not the real details and solutions. However, in the PDFs and courses that these YouTubers sell, there’s much more in-depth knowledge to tap into. So, what did I do? The same thing I’ve been doing since I learned to pirate “The Secret of Monkey Island” on my PC back in 1990: I went out to steal it.
I dug through some dark corners of the internet until I found a forum that I’m NOT going to name here since it’s a competitor of BHW. There, I found a treasure trove of complete courses ready to download. I’m talking about a lot of courses that are just a visit to Mega away, when they usually cost $200, $300, or even $500 each. Now that I think about it, maybe at some point I’ll review each of the courses I downloaded, just to give a clear comparison of what these YouTube gurus offer beyond their landing pages.
In the end, I watched the video courses, but that’s not the point of Chad. I fed Chad with several PDFs. If you’re interested in these materials, please go buy them:

And plenty of articles and similar resources in PDF form as well. Of all of them, I have to say my favorite has been “The Complete OnlyFans Agency GuideBook”—super thorough.
With Chad, I’ve created a really useful partner that allows me to quickly resolve any doubts by asking questions based on the books I’ve uploaded. It’s also been a huge help in generating content for both the website blog and the knowledge base: I now have almost 100 original content articles, all generated in just a few hours. In future posts, I’ll explain how I’m using this knowledge base and blog.
I’d also like to share another resource I discovered later: Google’s NoteBookML. It has an AI voice podcast generator that lets you quickly review the content of a book without having to read through it all. Highly recommended—and it’s FREE.
So, to summarize, in my previous post I talked about Strategic Positioning. This post could be called something like “Generation of Strategic Resources” or maybe “Building Competitive Advantages,” since Chad will be helping me throughout this entire journey. For example, just yesterday I fed him a series of contract templates I downloaded from various sites, and together we crafted a beautiful contract perfect for what I’m aiming to do with my agency. Who knows what other surprises this relationship with Chad will bring in the future. I’ll keep you all posted.
