Hi, my name is Rufus Goldtooth, and I’m addicted to YouTube. I’ve tried fighting this addiction through 12-step programs, embraced religion, sleep cures, chemical purges, ayahuasca… and nothing. Each week, as I go about my routine, I like to keep myself company with YouTubers from different niches. For the OFM segment this time, I tuned into Jason Sins OFM—and honestly, it was an amazing discovery.

I’d like to start with a quote Jason posted in his Telegram group:

“If you don’t know, I stepped into OF at the start of February/March this year basically, life’s been a dream ever since. The beginning was grimey, and it still is but in a different way. There was no other option, just had to succeed. Quit my corporate job as an account manager at one of the most famous tech companies in the world. I was back-to-back in meetings with old farts like 50-year-olds talking about their IT infrastructure and listening to how they would like to secure their corporate email inboxes. Said fauck it, let’s do OFM.”

What can I say about Jason? He’s cracked the code—mastering not just marketing but the balance between work and life.

Despite the impressive revenue his agency pulls in, he only launched his YouTube channel about six months ago, yet his content is already top-tier. He’s not chasing clout, following some generic “how to win on YouTube” formula, or just posting to reel in free model leads. Instead, his approach is refreshingly Zen—thoughtful, intentional, and deeply reflective.

I say he’s figured it all out because he walked away from the corporate grind, built a thriving OnlyFans agency, secured financial freedom, relocated to a paradise island and started YouTube—all while keeping his identity private. He doesn’t play the guru role, yet he freely shares his knowledge, advocating for peace, respect, and integrity to create a better industry and a better world. Peace and pleasure.

He has only 12 videos and just over 300 subscribers, yet his depth of insight is a major asset to the OFM community and a key factor that makes him stand out.

While he covers specific methods and does some product reviews, his best content, in my opinion, is the kind that speaks directly to you—helping you grow, stay motivated, and build your business in a structured and ethical way. His videos are thoughtful yet action-oriented, avoiding the typical guilt-trip narrative (“If you’re not succeeding, it’s because you’re not working hard enough or you’re just not smart enough”).

Always positive, he feels like an older brother who gently places a hand on your shoulder and says, “You’ve got this. You have everything it takes to win. I believe in you.”

He has a razor-sharp understanding of branding and how to stand out. By donning that spiked silver mask and filming in breathtaking natural settings, he instantly sets himself apart from the typical white guy in a t-shirt, sitting in a chair with a neutral background in some random city apartment” aesthetic. The mask isn’t just a gimmick—it’s a strategic move. It lets him build a strong personal brand while staying anonymous, reaping all the benefits without the downsides of public recognition. (I have to admit, I’m really relating to Jason on this one!)

From a private infinity pool, Jason lays it out clearly: the key to success is expertise. The ones who make real money are the experts, and if you want to succeed, you need to become one. The fastest way to gain expertise? Hire someone who already knows what works and can guide you step by step.

Many agency owners struggle with traffic generation on platforms like Twitter and Reddit simply because they’re not experts. Instead of guessing and failing, Jason offers a simple yet powerful solution: interview 20 Twitter VAs and 20 Reddit VAs—take those calls seriously. Out of 40 candidates, most will be average, but a few will be seasoned professionals—people who have worked with top agencies, understand proven strategies, and know exactly what needs to be done. By speaking to enough experts, you’ll quickly learn what works, what doesn’t, and how to structure your traffic strategy. More importantly, you’ll find the right person to execute it for you.

Jason stresses that hiring the right people is the smartest move an agency owner can make. Instead of wasting months struggling, invest $500 per month in a skilled VA who already knows how to drive traffic. Give them the tools they need, offer commissions, and let them do what they do best.

But Jason also calls out a major problem in OFM: how poorly many agency owners treat their VAs. He despises seeing people underpay, mistreat, or even scam their teams. In his view, if you don’t respect your workers, your business will suffer. True success comes from building strong, honest relationships with the people who help you grow.

And I couldn’t agree more.

Jason stresses the importance of structuring an OFM agency like a real business—not just a side hustle. He believes that well-documented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and centralized sources of truth are essential for scalability and consistency. Without proper documentation, an agency lacks a solid foundation, making it harder to onboard new team members, collaborate with partners, or analyze what’s working and what’s not. I swear I hadn’t seen this video when I wrote my article on knowledge bases—it’s the same concept, just applied across different platforms! Keeping things organized not only clears mental clutter but also strengthens the entire system by putting clear, structured processes in place.

Jason breaks down why some OnlyFans agencies scale quickly while others struggle to gain traction. According to him, the secret lies in speed and high-value decision-making. Success isn’t just about working hard—it’s about working smart, fast, and making the right choices.

A key trait of successful entrepreneurs is knowing where to focus their time. Those who fail often waste too much energy on low-impact tasks or make poor decisions. One of the biggest mistakes agency owners make is constantly switching strategies in search of quick wins. They try something for two weeks, don’t see instant success, and jump to the next method—repeating the cycle endlessly. What they don’t realize is that traffic sources like Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram take time to build. There are no overnight results. Every action taken today is like planting a seed—it takes consistency and patience to see real growth in the coming months.
