What I want to share with you is the process—the messy, imperfect reality of starting from scratch, facing challenges, and slowly but steadily building something worthwhile (from scratch, with almost no money to invest and from a third-world country). December marked my official first month of working with Milfy. We agreed on a 4-month trial period to see how we clicked and how far we could take this journey together. For those of you not following my posts, here’s some context: Milfy had a virtual assistant managing her OnlyFans account, but the results were dismal. Her assistant was doing poorly executed chats (like selling 5-minute video calls for just $5!) and trying random traffic sources with no success. Meanwhile, Milfy’s second OnlyFans account has been managed by a French agency since mid-November, but even they are struggling to bring in paid subscribers, and they don’t even have chatters.

Now, here’s the kicker: in just two chats, I managed to generate over $400 in sales. For reference, the assistant’s 3 months of effort only brought in $200, and the French agency is barely managing to scrape by. My early success blew Milfy’s mind—she finally saw that making real money on OnlyFans was possible. This earned me some much-needed credibility. As of today, I’ve added 29 subscribers, 18 of whom came directly from BlueSky. This gave me some breathing room to sort out my Instagram issues with Fanzella.

But here’s where it gets exciting: while experimenting with traffic, I stumbled upon Milfy’s perfect niche. I had been testing sub-niches like Stepmom, Ladyboss, and Soccer Moms, but the jackpot turned out to be Hotwife. Since identifying this niche, everything has started to click.

Four days ago, I finally resolved the Instagram situation and added 20 more accounts to my roster, bringing the total to 40 accounts—all running at very low speed. With the BlueSky + Fanzella combo, I’m now averaging 2.4 subscribers per day and have maintained a full week of consistent growth.

Now, I know some people might look at these numbers and scoff: “2.4 subs per day? I’m doing 30 subs daily with my super method.” And to those people, I say: I’m genuinely happy for you.
