From Zero to Insta-Hero: How I plan to convince OnlyFans Models I’m Not Just Another Creep

In this post, I’ll be talking exclusively about the agency’s mother account on Instagram. I won’t be commenting on the automated slave accounts. If you’re not familiar with the IG Mother/Slave (or Mother/Child) method, just Google it.

Alright, my mother account is sacred. I keep it on my phone and it doesn’t get within an inch of any software or automation system. It’s a channel that needs to be 100% secure and personally managed by me at all times. I’ll explain why later.

Username: As I mentioned in the branding post, picking a good brand name is important since it has to communicate the value proposition. This is especially true in restricted fields like the username, where you only have 30 characters to work with, so make them count. Generic names like “@bunnyagency” aren’t great (no value perceived), nor are overly specific but vague ones like “@onlyf-mngt-brazil.” This account represents the company’s brand, so it has to add value and generate positive associations. If we pigeonhole it with “onlyf…” we’re just stripping away its unique value to capture the attention of the potential target—a job for the scout accounts, not the mother account. I’ll explain in another post how I set up all the scouts to grab attention without diluting the agency’s brand value.

Name: Here, I clearly added “OnlyFans Management Agency” after the agency’s name. I’m not sure to what extent Instagram limits reach or shadowbans accounts mentioning OnlyFans. I tried to find credible reports but didn’t come across anything conclusive, so I aimed to be as clear as possible with the mother account for our target audience. I’m not worried about reach either, as this will be a passive account that only covers part of the funnel and serves as a way for me to personally respond to messages.

Bio: I start with a clear marketing proposition structured in a traditional way: what’s the benefit, how long it takes to achieve, and what’s the cost. Something like, “You’ll be making $25k/month in 3 months with my agency, just by taking a few photos and reels per day.” Then a CTA: “Learn more in my highlights. You can apply through this link (pointing to the bio link).”

Link: A Linktree split into two sections, one in English and one in Spanish. The Spanish section is short and has the minimum info for models who speak that language (e.g., the THOUSANDS of Argentine women looking to earn dollars on OnlyFans). The important part is the English section, which has three links: the website URL, the application form to join the agency, and a link to the blog. All for building credibility.

Highlighted stories: Taking advantage of the sequential viewing power of stories, each highlight is a series of sequential stories ending with a CTA to apply to join the agency as a model. The first story is a 5-minute animated video explaining how the agency helps models make money (thanks ElevenLabs for the voiceover). The second story is an “about us” for the agency. The third story is a compilation of the title and excerpt from each blog article (about 20). Remember, each article ends with a CTA to join the agency. As I start signing models and getting results, I’ll add highlighted stories showcasing each success story to reinforce credibility.

Social proof: I bought around 10k female followers from different countries to follow the account. As for who the account follows, it only follows the official OnlyFans account.

Grid Content: I created 12 images in Photoshop, each with a lifestyle photo (always sensual) featuring women, overlaid with a big, clear phrase about the benefits of joining the agency, potential earnings, and motivation for aspiring models to change their lives. Nothing too original. I disabled comments and likes, so when a potential model lands on the account and sees the grid format, they’re hit with a flood of benefits and there’s no real need to click on each image.

It’s nothing groundbreaking, but it’s an IG account that stands out from the thousands of spam accounts harassing models via DMs. It’s not just another spam account—it’s a brand account categorized as “Model Agency”.

To understand the context of how this account works and how I manage the scouting slaves, I recommend reading the article to get some framework: https://simphunter.com/analyze-onlyfans-agency-outreach/

To find out which tools and sites I used for all this, check out the first post where I’ve shared prices and links to everything.

In the upcoming posts:

  • How to create (including tools and settings) a continuous scouting system for under $100/month that consistently brings you models interested in your offer.
  • The outrageous fee I’m aiming to achieve.
  • How I plan to transition from a one-man band covering all agency roles to building my own stable internal team.

Thank you so much for reading!
