Good Monday to all the sailors venturing out at dawn! I took a week off to clear my mind and handle some personal matters. Clearing my mind included an electronic costume party that, I must admit, took me a few days to fully recover from—especially that mid-week crash. But, the break wasn’t entirely work-free. Although I paused the ad campaign as I mentioned in a previous post, conversations continued with candidates who responded late to previous chats. From these chats, I managed to secure an interview with a potential model who seems promising: a Mexican with no experience but eager to learn and try new things.

This time, I lowered my initial expectations and only asked her to create 2 reels (not 10 like before!), to which she agreed. She hasn’t submitted them yet, but the deadline is tomorrow, Tuesday. The good news is she didn’t ghost me, as we’ve been continuing the conversation through Instagram DMs after the interview. Will this be the model I finally get to start working with?
