Changing my life for the better (by making a fuckton of money with my new OnlyFans agency)

Note: This journey originally started as a thread on the MyJourney forums over at Black Hat World. After some time, I decided to move it to this blog. So, as you read through, you might come across a few references to BHW and its community.

Good morning, everyone! I’m starting this new journey with the determination to change my life. For those few who’ve seen my posts in this forum, you know I’ve been experimenting and creating different online businesses for years. I’ve tried dropshipping (until the pandemic and container crisis hit), several automated YouTube channel formats, an online course academy, AI experiments, and more. Many of those projects are still running and making money, but none have made enough to change my life. Now, I’ve decided to fully commit to OFM, putting all my energy and focus into it, instead of bouncing around different ideas. This journey is where I’ll share my progress.

My first goal is simple: to earn $3,000 per month net for myself through my new OnlyFans model management agency. That would allow me to quit my 9-5 job and dedicate those hours to the agency. It’s the first change I need in my life.

About a month ago, I started building the foundation for the agency: creating a website and a main Instagram account. The website runs on WordPress, featuring a blog section filled with 20 recycled articles from various sources, an application form, a super knowledge base, and a special landing page for scouts that explains the full agency offer. It’s a VERY detailed sales letter—15 minutes of reading, plus around 20 minutes of videos I made that go over the requirements, benefits, and more. Right now, my automated IG scout accounts direct traffic to this landing page.

One of the key tools that helped me create all this content was ChatGPT (to no one’s surprise). I got a Pro subscription and built my own GPT model by feeding it with various PDFs (OFM training, method descriptions, articles, etc.). ElevenLabs also came in handy for creating AI-generated voiceovers for the videos since my own voice didn’t sound great in broken English.

Meanwhile, I’ve been scraping IG IDs from top hashtags posters related to OnlyFans and the niches I’m targeting.

With this intro out of the way, I’ll be back in a week with the first results from the scouting campaign.

One important note about this journey: Don’t expect me to reveal niche, target, or any identifying details about my agency (like my website or IG)—just raw knowledge on traffic methods, tools, and related insights.

All comments, recommendations, and words of wisdom are welcome from anyone who wants to share with a total OnlyFans newbie.

Thanks for following along!
