Today is Tuesday, October 15. I’ve already scheduled 6 interviews for this week, with 2 more to confirm before Saturday. I’m using Calendly, which has been incredibly convenient for keeping the interview schedule organized and simple. With this software, I just set my available days and times, send the invitation to the model, and she picks what works best for her. It’s especially useful for coordinating across different time zones. Calendly also handles sending rescheduling emails if necessary, as well as reminders to everyone involved, based on whatever sequence I set. In short: super useful for managing meetings. And best of all, it’s completely FREE.

Now, let’s dive into how I’m handling the interviews themselves. Here’s a recap of my planned approach:

When it comes to interviewing potential OnlyFans models, I’ve developed a strategy inspired by Yalla Papi.

The purpose of the Zoom call isn’t to sell the agency to the model; it’s to screen out candidates who aren’t a good fit. By this stage, the model should already have a solid understanding of what’s expected and be ready to move forward. This is achieved by having her watch a full sales letter video in advance, which covers everything—how we work, what we expect, the daily routine, and content requirements.

The primary goals of these interviews are: to identify any red flags that haven’t come up yet, to evaluate the model’s charisma and personality and to understand her social and economic background.

INTERVIEW SCRIPT

Introduction:

• Personal greeting and introduction.
• Optional small talk.
• Here’s how these interviews work: First, I’ll ask you a few questions. If everything checks out, I’ll explain more about the opportunity and the selection process, and then you’ll have a chance to ask any questions.

Interview:

1. About the Model:

• Can you tell me what a typical week looks like in your life?
• What are your main goals in life?
• Is there anyone you’d prefer not to know that you’re working in adult content?
• Do you need to block any specific regions or countries? What would you do if someone from those areas finds out?
• How proficient are you in English? (All the models I’m interviewing are Colombian, so they speak Spanish like me.)

2. OnlyFans:

• What’s the current status of your OnlyFans account? Have you ever had any restrictions, blocks, or issues in the past?
• What’s your experience with OnlyFans? Have you made money? How much?
• Have you worked with any agencies before? What methods did they use to promote you? What markets did they target? Did they handle the chatting for you?
• Do you have active accounts with Paxum, Cosmo, or Wise? Have you withdrawn money using these platforms? Are you familiar with cryptocurrency?

3. Content Creation:

• How many hours per day can you dedicate to OnlyFans at first?
• How do you prefer to organize your content creation? (A few hours daily or batch everything in one day?)
• Is there anything that would stop you from doing this full-time in the future?
• Let’s take a look at your social media accounts to assess their overall aesthetic. What backgrounds or spaces do you have available for creating content?
• What type of adult content do you currently create?

The Opportunity:

Let me walk you through how we’ll work together and what we’ll need from you. Most of the content we need is promotional (reels, TikToks, etc.), with a smaller portion being content for sale.

Once you’re selected, we’ll start with a one-week trial to evaluate your commitment. During this trial, you’ll create 10 promotional videos based on our guidelines and post them to your accounts over the course of a week. This will help us assess your consistency, how well you follow instructions, and how we work together. If everything goes well, we’ll move to the next phase, where we’ll invest in expanding your promotional efforts (Instagram army, Reddit, etc.) and start building a support team around your account. Sound good?

Next Steps:

The recruitment process will continue like this: I’ll finish interviewing all the finalists, which should be done by next week. We’ll then send out decisions via email, whether it’s a yes or no.

By that time, you should confirm to us that:

• Your OnlyFans account is active and in good standing.
• You have an active payment method to withdraw earnings and handle our commission.

After that, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to get started.
