After running the Instagram Ads campaign and generating over 160 leads, I received 17 complete applications, with 7 more expected to come in by today or tomorrow, the official deadline. At this point, it doesn’t matter if those 7 remaining models apply or not because I have enough to move forward. Now, it’s time to make a choice!
The big question is: how do I make that choice? It would be easy if these leads were top-tier, but honestly, they’re average. So, I created a set of criteria to evaluate all the models fairly and come up with a solid ranking.
Main Criteria:
Each criterion is rated on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best possible score.
– Body: Does her body type, shape, and style align with what my niche is looking for?
– Face: Is her face appealing to look at?
– Modeling Skills: Does she know how to pose and present herself in front of the camera?
– Charisma: Does she have a captivating smile or an attractive aura that draws people in?
– Commitment: Throughout our chat and when she submitted her materials, was she easy to deal with, responsive, and quick to submit her application?
Bonus Points:
Each bonus is also scored from 1 to 10, but with a percentage modifier based on how important it is to me.
– If she already has an active OnlyFans account, she earns 30% of the points.
– If she has experience creating adult content, she earns 50% of the points.
– If her Instagram is aesthetically well-curated, she gains 20% of the points.
Using these criteria and bonus points, I created a ranking system. Starting on Monday, I’ll begin conducting video call interviews. I’ll only be interviewing the models who scored over 40 points on my scale, which leaves me with 8 candidates.
Since this is my first time doing this, I’ll start by interviewing the models with the lowest scores. This will help me gain some experience and refine my approach before I get to the top-ranking models.
