When we took over MILFY’s OnlyFans account, it was nothing short of a deserted wasteland—like an old, forgotten tavern at an abandoned crossroads. The bar was unattended, with a chatter occasionally popping in to serve the odd customer. There were two or three unread messages, and the metrics were as flat as a barren plain with no peaks or valleys in sight.

First stop: the profile

Once MILFY handed us the reins, we began optimizing her profile. What was once a personal anecdote was transformed into a clear value proposition: Who is MILFY? What does she offer? How does she deliver it, and when? In other words, we crafted a pitch that tells the customer exactly what they’re buying.

Next, we tackled the cover photo, which was previously a poorly chosen horizontal image that did nothing to flatter the model. Instead, I curated a set of nearly square photos showcasing her best attributes—suggestive poses subtly enhanced by jacuzzi bubbles. I designed the composition to be mobile-optimized first and then adjusted for desktop dimensions to ensure nothing got cropped for fans who access from their phones (which, let’s face it, is most of them).

The profile picture also needed a revamp. The original was a modest close-up with a hint of cleavage, but let’s be honest—fans aren’t here for just faces. Digging through MILFY’s extensive photo library, I found the perfect shot: a three-quarter frame of her in a bikini, one hand playfully on her lips and the other teasing below the waistband. MILFY may not have the most toned physique, but she has stunning curves, and this image captured them beautifully. The white background made her bold red lips pop, adding contrast and visual appeal.

It’s important to note that both the profile picture and cover photo adhered to platform guidelines—no nudity allowed here.

Content Strategy: From Nonexistent to Streamlined

When we arrived, there was no content strategy to speak of. The profile had just 30 posts spread over three months, most of them generic, one-liner captions. However, hidden in that sparse content were two promising narrative threads: the Ladyboss and Stepmom personas. I took those ideas and supercharged them, creating a robust schedule for December with one to three posts daily.

Each post now features a two-paragraph caption with a clear call-to-action (CTA) designed to funnel fans into her DMs. Additionally, for every four free posts, there’s a locked pay-to-view (PPV) post that ties up the storyline teased in the free content. This strategy is all about building anticipation: warming up fans with escalating narratives, driving engagement via DMs, and delivering the climax through paid content.

The written content adds immense value to the visuals. Every caption is carefully crafted to enhance the images, weaving a story that draws the fan deeper. (I dive into how I write these in this post)

As for the visuals, MILFY is enthusiastic but lacks a photographer’s eye. She uses an iPhone 13, which helps with clarity and lighting, but her backgrounds often detract from the scene. To fix this, I retouched her existing photos using Lightroom—removing distractions with AI tools and blurring the backgrounds to keep the focus on her.

Moving forward, we’ve agreed to a monthly content coaching session where I’ll provide direction to help her level up her photography. This will be a game-changer for her overall aesthetic.

We’ve transformed MILFY’s OnlyFans from a barren crossroads into a welcoming, fully stocked tavern ready to entertain fans. But the journey isn’t over—while the profile is optimized and content scheduled, we’re still on the hunt for a skilled chatter to manage fan interactions. That’ll come later.
