Tonight, I’m here to share the details on how I’ve structured the trial week for the final models in our recruitment process (stolen from Yalla Papi’s method, check his channel here). This trial is the ultimate test to determine whether a model is truly committed or just another slacker who’ll bail at the first sign of real work.
Before any contracts are signed or the agency invests any effort, the models must prove their worth by surviving this “trial week.” It’s a final filter to weed out anyone who lacks the dedication we need. During the interviews, I’ve already told them about this challenge—they’ll need to replicate around 10 promotional reels as part of the process.
If they show the required commitment, then they’ll be ready to officially join the agency. So, here it is—the trial plan, complete with example reels. Let’s see who has the discipline, creativity, and drive to make it to the finish line!
The test:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Try to replicate each reel as closely as possible using items you already have at home. For example, don’t go out and buy a dress just to match the one in the video.
- Pay attention to the technical aspects: camera angles, model movements, edited clips, etc.
- Post each reel on your Instagram or TikTok on the assigned day.
